Cancellation

The item is considered "returned" on the date the carrier has on record, that they delivered the item back to our warehouse/supplier. In this case, we may refuse the returned package.
ALL returns, regardless of reason, must be in the ORIGINAL packaging, UNLESS the packaging was so badly damaged in shipment that they are no longer usable for that purpose.  IF THIS is the case with your shipment, we will need PHOTOS of the damaged package.  You should take these photos from several different angles, BEFORE you try to open it.
Return unsatisfactory products

Undeliverable package
